Consignment Portal Training: Returning Materials

Returning materials in the Consignment Portal is a breeze. If you've taken out more materials than needed for a job, like 2000 feet of cable but only used 1000, you can easily adjust this in the portal. Head over to the "awaiting invoice" tab where you can see all open invoices. Before you finalize any invoice, you can adjust the quantities. Just check the box next to the materials you want to return, click "return materials," and enter the amount to be returned to your on-hand inventory. Once you confirm the return, the unused materials are automatically added back to your inventory, and the quantities are updated accordingly.
